Sylvia says: "One Day I walked to the mailbox at the end of my driveway, and I realized that I was out of breath! How could it be? I’m only 55 years young and I used to be in shape; so what happened? Well, what happened in that, not only did I stop being active years ago, but I had packed on 30 lbs. on my 5’1” body! I felt old and depressed, and I looked it too. By the 3 and 4 week I was keeping up with the rest of the group and asking about the next boot camp! Yes, I joined again. Not only do I have energy to spare, my self esteem and my confidence have soared, due to a loss of 16.4 lbs. of body fat.
